Married 16 years and she up and walked out. Had me committed for 3 days and then arrested for demestic. Spent 17 months in jail. Lost my house, truck and job. Got out and texted her and got arrested for violating restraining order. Done another 9 months. In 16 years of marriage I never once put my hands on her. She told the cops that she was scared for her life. And this is the girl who said that she loved me. I never seen it coming. She was a totally different person. I was with her all that time and never knew her at all.

Stay strong boys, from experience therapy is good after a breakup. My first breakup was devastating, it took me 6 months to heal, now I look back and thank myself for going through that. A breakup teaches you what to look for and stay away from in your next relationship, but time is key.

When my first gf broke up with me, I cried every night for 6 months because I was only 17 and that was the first time going through depression and never told one . That was the time I found this channel along with tmf and Alex. I worked out, listened to podcasts from people like Gary vee, Simon sinek, Eric Thomas etc, I got into fashion and hairstyling and I took a course on making games and everything was alright in 6 months. I'm 21 now and I make games for a living. My foundation of success was built on my misery. Getting kocked down is inevitable, getting back up is a choice.

Had a breakup a few weeks after a violent home invasion back in 2019. I got depressed and dealt with PTSD, the breakup was the cherry on top. Weirdly the breakup hurt more out of the 3 for me. She got "bored" of me trying get through my mental illness. It hurt so much cause she told me she'll help me get through it but shit happens. Alpha your videos really helped me get back up in life. I’m 18, and seeing someone lose interest and leave without giving them a good reason to do so is devastating, especially in your teens. You feel like you love them more than your own parents at times. A good rule of thumb, after a breakup, do every opposite thing you initially felt like doing, at least you can keep your dignity that way.
