A lot of this stuff is strangely intuitive and "how did I not realize this before". Makes me very discouraged at my previous sales failures/surprised I have ever booked any clients. 😂

To sum it up, the three things you need to know are:
1. Finish line language - you would want your prospects or clients to have an end in mind regards your service or product.
2. Feature to benefit ratio - you would want your prospects or clients to clearly understand why they need your service or product.
3. C.A.S.E Funnel - you would want your prospect or client to have idea of who you are, what you sell or what service you provide and actually become a paying client.
