Fun fact: The Classroom Trap at the beginning of Saw III was originally going to be something similar to this. Instead of chains through Troy's skin like in the final product, he would have to pull chains that were piercing his teeth, fingernails, eyelids, etc. Apparently it was too much, so they changed it to just the back and arms and skin instead. That's why the Saw III poster is of three hanging teeth, despite there being no trap in the movie involving teeth
