Hi Luke, thought I would add some stuff that may help!
You will have trouble getting them to fruit unless you let the ends hang back down (the reason they are grown up a pole commercially). I made concrete posts but you could try using a 100mm reinforced PVC burlap covered pipe in a large pot/half barrel if you wanted to get fruit. Would love to see it and hope you give something like that a go with yours :) Be cautious of the weight of a mature vine, it would have to be a heavy duty tomato cage, I really suggest going much more heavy duty (they weigh a LOT).

Pollination is done successfully by bees and moths etc but some cultivars are not self fertile (meaning you need more than one variety). They also flower over an extended period, that one night flowering thing is a myth.
