Detail 6: Look closely you’ll see the same 3 symbols in both images.

The subtlety of James thinking to himself "I could have sworn... [this gate was locked earlier]", it hints at the fact that Silent Hill is trying to force him to meet Maria. Its so good because it makes sense from both the gaming and narrative perspective. They also did kind of the same thing when you save your game and Maria says you "zoned out for a bit".

Mary's gasp can be heard a couple of times in the game, you can also hear it in Woodside Apartment 201, which is supposed to represent/show James's and Mary's actual apartment. When you go into the bedroom (which is the same seen in the Leave ending & the tape), you hear Mary gasp. It's supposed to be her last gasp of air and thus fitting to happen in that room.

If Bloober team doesn't get the rights to remake SH1 or 3 (obviously 1 first I'D HOPE), I'll question wtf Konami is doing. They did such an incredible job with this game across the board, idk if any other dev team could have managed what they did HOW they did it.

This game is another reason, why im happy i did not end it all years back at my lowest.
I never thought i got to feel like a kid again like this, me and the guys gathered around on my couch on release date and played this shit whole fucking night. Just like when we were kids 20 years ago.

Something i haven’t seen anyone else say. In the labyrinth once you use the bolt cutters on the fence and climb down the ladder, you can see Pyramid Head standing where you cut the fence

There's a cool camera shot that happens right when you first cross over from Woodside to Bluecreek.
When the cutscene ends, you stand in the room that mirrors the room where James hides from Pyramid Head, and the camera points straight at the closet where James was hiding, but it's slashed across with the greatknife.

The room where you get the gun and it misfires probably could explain all the bullet holes if you think the SH2 story is a loop, could be all the times James previously picked up the gun and misfires it but at the same time it could just be for atmosphere lmao

Another one of the beer logos is Jacob's Lager, a reference to Jacob's Ladder. Which was another major influence of Silent Hill 2
