I absolutely *LOVE* all the "bad" changes to Juniper...So much so, I may upgrade my Model 3 to a Model Y instead of another Model 3. Possible price increase...That's to be expected. But like you mentioned...Tesla will do their best to keep it as low as possible. Excited for the official release!!!! Thanks for info!

I have a 2024 Model Y LR with no ultra sonic sensors and use FSD and the park feature all the time. The vision feature works great for me and perfectly parks every time. When I am backing up myself the cameras work perfect and I never have an issue. Your brain adjusts based on what you have and it works out. I will trade up when AI5 comes out, wheel suspension option, ventilated cooled/heated seats, longer range maybe and power to grid option like the Cybertruck. Any technological advances need to trickle down to updated cars or at least have the options at additional costs. With huge discounts, fed tax credit and local county incentives, I got my Model Y LR for $35k and with 5K free super charging miles.

If there are only minor Benefits I don’t see why price would increase that much, similar to model 3. I would see prices dropping after the initial launch. USA market cars are expensive already so the only reason I am looking for more y is I can get it for less with the federal discount.
