u need to wait for 2 reasons... 1) the battery can charge up to 100% on Juniper. 2)the range can drive up to 400 u dont need to charge often ... DO NOT BUY MODEL Y NOW ..wait until Juniper comes out

I hate the way old model Y front looks. I’m waiting., Juniper has a warranty for any issues. I’ll be getting another car after 4 years so it doesn’t matter.

Very easy decision, if you don't absolutely need a car right now, wait until Juniper is released. Current non-Juniper models will have prices slashed even more.

Biggest flaw of the current Model Y vs its rivals from Audi, BMW, Hyundai/Kia, etc. is its poor ride quality - its really the only thing that lets the Model Y down. Assuming the Juniper update brings the same ride quality improvements (via frequency selective dampers, softer springs and more compliant suspension bushings) to the Model Y that the Highland update brought to the Model 3, then, for me, that alone would make waiting for Juniper worthwhile which is in fact what I'm doing.
