I’ll save you the time Sam…the Juniper is better than your Xpeng!

The styling is of secondary importance to me, it's the engineering improvements that matter to me. If the Juniper model Y has another 50 miles of real world Hwy range and the improved HW4 that is apparent on the Cybertruck, then it will be a worthwhile upgrade.

Just start using voice commands for turn signals, head lights, wipers, sound system, cruise control and HVAC.

I'll stay with Tesla, best engineers and software in the world. Downloading upgrades is not annual, it's available as soon as it's approved. Tesla Rules!

These Teslas have been improved consistently through the years and the Juniper is a major refresh that will add tons of enhancements. Again it’s improving the Best Selling Car In the Workd! It’s amazing. It’s also a robotaxi! Your Xpeng will never have that!

Gotta admit this is kinda the car I’ve been waiting for. It’s just my level of mad futuristic but practicality. Even if I could afford it the Cyber truck is a little much for me. But this thing looks perfect. I’m very middle of the road guy and I feel this will outsell everything they have ever made

I'm waiting for the Juniper as well but my purchase decision will be based on range...my current LR Model Y gets about 235 miles at 70 mph...I'm hoping that improves greater than 300 at 70 mph

I've had my Model three now for two months and absolutely the steering wheel indicator buttone. It is easy to assimilate them and I think they may actually be in my 60s, old dogs can learn new tricks.

Im hearing there is a lightbar at both ends. I think the Highland lights are perfect look.

The “indicators” work perfectly with the yoke on the model S and X because your left hand and left thumb are always in the perfect position to operate them. It does not work as naturally with a round wheel since you tend to move your hands around with one. Personally, I am a big fan of the yoke.

I'm convinced if we get a true 500 mile range car here in the UK it will wipe the board with any competition. Tesla could do this plus infill their charging network so you are never more than 50 miles away from a long row of super chargers. Give the people what they want not what the spin doctors are trying to convince us to have.

4:11 "I feel like I just got bitten by something..." In Australia that is NOT a phrase you want to hear, could be last words! 😲

I can manage the change to on screen Fwd/Reverse, but losing the indicator stalk has been a real pain in the butt. When you want to pull out from a parking space by the side of the road and the steering wheel isn't straight, you can't find the switch quickly enough!!

Sam, I think the new Model Y will incorporate the new 48 volt electrical system. Big money saver.

I just want the same price, longer range and improved ride and comfort. Like the model 3.

I'd love to see 48V, steer-by-wire, and plans to have steering wheel/pedals optional in the future (once FSD is solved). I LOVE that they're not planning to put those in the Cybercab and just have it be autonomous only. I don't think the steering wheel can simply be removable due to air bags needing to be in the dash if there's no steering wheel, but can't be in the dash if there is a steering wheel. So you'd need to pick which dash you want at the point of purchase. I think. I'd give it a 10% chance of Juniper having any of this, though. It would probably be the next refresh after this one.

I recommend cancel that order and go with the model Y instead.
