Hi Mam, from the Philippines I am thankful that i see your channel.. my 13 y/o daughter diagnosed with PCOS @12 she went through medication after 6 mos but still both ovaries have polycystic. Shes having a hard time to lose weight and control eating i think she is too young.. Watching your videos will help her follow your exercises and to help her.. So true what you said about the omega 3. I had avoided fish based omega 3 for religious reasons but after trying real omega 3 I was euphoric. I definitely wasn’t getting any from plant sources including micro algae oil.

Can you take a curcumin supplement long term? There was a recent study that found taking turmeric might cause liver damage. I have taken a curcumin supplement before for its inflammatory benefits but now i don’t know if its safe long term.
