I fully agree with you on this topic and I think you voice it well. Changing your own view (shaped by forces that you might not have been aware of in the past) on sexual relations and aligning yourself towards celibacy has remarkable benifits. By turning our own gaze inward and reflect on the fact that sex is not needed (in some ways it is an obstacle) for a spiritual and pure life makes one more complete and free. Ever since I decided to be celibate I have noticed several benefits such as increased focus, calmer mind, more patience and not being as reactionary etc. It is very nice to see that more people are contemplating these ideas and thoughts in our otherwise stimuli-addicted society.

I way over did it in my youth. Been with hundreds of women. Been celibate for over a year now. Also I quit drinking 107 days ago Lost 30 lb since June 19th and been retaining for 29 days today.😂

Can i eat meat and still practice celibacy? Im on 27 days of NO Fap but i enjoy eating non veg food items..
