60 years old, obese, diabetic, NASH and so on. I just tried this for the first time. My coordination was absent, but my motivation was not. I am not flexible and not strong. After 9m22 of this, I am sweating bullits. Wahoo. I will try to go for 30 days and see what happens. Thanks for this! Very simple for my feeble brain. Did I really just jog one hour without hurting myself? I hope so. Now to stop eating fast food.
