Hey Doc! Huge fan of your work since your interview with Patrick Bet-David. Your 5 steps for finding worry instantly resonated with me, because they reflect my own personal philosophy about life's cyclical nature. I see it like the four seasons:

Spring: Learn from the past.
Summer: Acknowledge the present.
Autumn: Prepare for the future.
 
But there's more! After these initial steps, it's time for:

Winter: Action: Take the leap and pursue your goals.
Feedback: Gather insights through conversations, journaling, etc.
Analysis: Reflect on your experiences and refine your approach.

I'm still a high school student fine-tuning this process, but your videos and other resources are helping me expand my perception and navigate life's cycles. Thank you for sharing your knowledge! I can't wait to put it to good use.

Learning boundaries and mindfulness were huge helps for me. I also like books like 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels for mindfulness meditation.

Hello Doctor Leaf, do you do this everyday on a particular problem that you have or is this just doing it once? What about a toxic behavior problem or an alcohol addiction or any addiction for that matter?

I am just anxious about life and that is. I don't know what to do. Nothing helps cos i am aware of life.
