Well I made this yesterday for a Greek themed dinner. Such a success ! I decided to form it a different way so instead of stacking slices I rolled it up jelly roll style and cut lengthwise and twisted them together. (A Russian Braid). I brushed the baked loaf with olive oil for a nice shine. I sliced in diagonal triangles.
Also you had cornflour as an ingredient. British use that term for what we here in the USA call cornstarch. But I noticed yours was yellow like our cornmeal (think finer grade polenta). SO I put some cornmeal into an electric coffee grinder to make it finer. Success again! Thanks for such an awesome recipe.

Hello Akis! I am a cook, and baking couldn't be farther from my radar... BUT for some reason, baking breads has become somewhat of an obsession these past few weeks. Maybe a comfort thing..?? lol. This feta bread is absolutely making it in to my repertoire - thankyou for sharing!! :D
