Fried Feta Greek Salad | FeelGoodFoodie

This recipe is inspired by a traditional Greek salad full of thick-cut tomatoes, peppers,
cucumbers, and olives. The feta cheese, though, gets a little makeover because it’s fried and fabulous! I made this salad for a dinner party yesterday and it was a huge hit!

OMG this recipe looks unbelievably delicious and is a brilliant idea!! I’ve listened carefully to you sharing this recipe many times now and a few more times with CC turned on but still cannot make out the last ingredient added into the dressing. Guessing it’s some sort of seasoning, CC only shows the letter Z, so I’m at a total loss as to what it is. If anyone could help me with this I would greatly appreciate it!

Quickly fry the vegetables and then add the tomatoes seasoned with Italian (or Greek) herbs. It's quite delicious! Enjoy it with garlic bread or bruschetta. Bon appétit ! Greetings from Germany !
