How to fix 'Error While Fetching Extensions. XHR Failed' error in VSCode [FIXED]

In this video, I'll show you how to fix the error: "Error While Fetching Extensions. XHR Failed" in visual studio code. This error usually occurs due to proxy issues, and due to this error we cannot search for extensions online.

Just autorizing VSCode to over pass basic win 7 Firewall, fix it in my system
Go to :
1; Contrôl Pannel
2; Windows Firewall
3; "Allow a program through Windows firewall" locate your programm and autorize it
