I made this today and holy cow this is fantastic! The lotus biscuits make the best base and the filling was sweet, creamy and tasted wonderfully like cheesecake 🥰 definitely making this again!

*update: this is now the most requested dessert I've ever made! I keep coming back to this video since I've made it several times already and it's almost never enough! Everyone goes for seconds and even thirds! Even the biggest vegan skeptics I know love it and can't tell the diference :)

I made it yesterday and oh my god! It is honestly one of the best cheesecakes i've ever had! Just make sure you use the right temps in the oven, otherwise the top might end up cracking a little
