Simple -
125% of 5
= (125 × 5) ÷ 100
= 625 ÷ 100

Like you said fraction can be reversed, so 5% of 125. 125÷10=12.5, find have of 12.5, which is 12.5 ÷2= 6.25

You can also reverse it and just figure out 5%. of 125 which would also give you 6 .25
