Steps:

- Sit down on the ground, leaning forward at a 45 degree angle with knees bent

- Extend the legs out as close to a 45 degree angle as possible, engaging the abdominal muscles to hold

- Extend the arms out towards the feet and hold for as long as desired

- Repeat as necessary
