It's always worked tbh. I had four exes in the past end up chasing me after going no contact. This was even before I knew of NC, but I obviously had no choice besides it.

I want to stay NC/give him the silence but not sure what to do.... My ex broke up with me we lived together. He doesn't want me to live there anymore, I asked if I could till i find a place. He said no. Got so angry I even suggested that. He asked why I went back there when he wanted to be alone. I left, it's been a week now. He texted 3 days after I left and said to let him know if I need my stuff from the house. I haven't replied. What do to? He didn't need to text and tell me that, I've a key to the house I can go back whenever without telling him.. Should I reply or still no contact for few more weeks?
He deleted me and blocked me on IG, but only depleted me on FB not blocked. Please help
