I think that the most important thing is to do things for you. If you post or not post pictures on Social media to get a reaction from someone you still give that person power. I think it's all about the reason behind it, if you really feel good post that picture, but if you post pictures on social media to show him/her that you are having 'a good time'... don't do it. It takes away your power to focus on yourself and move on. Just live your life for yourself and what feels best for you, when someone wants you back they will come back in your life❤️

I think what makes Coach Lee so enertaining is he has those kind of Bob Newhart expressions. The straight faced humour actually helps not to take things too seriously. Yes it's possible to be too serious. I watched over 3 hours of videos non stop last night. They are very calming. Calm is good...very good.
