Are You Suffering From Ear Pain? Fluid In Your Ear?
In this video, Dr. Karin demonstrates an Eustachian Tube Drainage Technique to help the fluid drain out of the ear.
As always, before you follow any advise from any video, check with your health care provider to make sure it is appropriate for your specific condition. Hopefully that is one of us here at Drummond Chiropractic.
Basic steps:
Warm the ear with either a heating pad or warm ear oil.
Open up the eustachian tube by pulling on the ears, and sticking your tongue out.
Get the fluid mobilized by moving your eyes around and pressing on your cranial bones (watch our Cranial Release video to learn how).
Then do the Eustachian Tube Drainage Technique to help the fluid drain out of the ear. You may notice yourself swallowing as the fluid drains into the back of your throat.
You may want to gargle with salt water and spit out this mucous.
