Youth-led organizations have unique needs and face unique challenges, yet many capacity-building programs adopt a cookie-cutter approach designed for the realities of adult-led institutions. This session will walk participants through a capacity-assessment tool, developed by the International Youth Foundation and young people, specifically for youth-led organizations.
