I loved this exercise! I will definitely be trying this out in the future. It is neat how it is quite a physical exercise as well (wearing the ponchos) and it is something they can keep after. Thank you for sharing.

I did this for my adult ESL students when I taught them adjectives. But it had the same positive effect on each student. They felt really good about themselves and the students got closer. Thank you!

Hi Adriana, what a creative, fun exercise! Very powerful for team meetings. I also facilitate team meetings for organizations and use a similar exercise. Instead of ponchos, I use stick notes. The feeling people get when they read the positive things others have to say about them is so freeing! Thank you for sharing. Will be checking out more of your videos! And subbing!
