CountryRegion is not available under Advance tab

That actually worked you basically have to choose your wifi router channel mine was 13 so i choose between 10 to 13 and it worked 😂

The numbers on the values is thwe numbers of where your country is listed, for example 5-13 includes The UK so just keep switching values till your internet shows.

Issue resolved. Somehow my network showed while selecting value (5-13) but glad this method really worked :)

In value sec it is just showing enabled Or disabled
In properties is like, 802.11d, 802.11n channel width for 2.4 GHZ
