When I click on setting and find out that it was ethernet I click on network reset and now following the steps worked at some point and after I clicked on network and sharing center the pop up menu appeared blank so what should I do.

I think the issue and the difference is after pressing ncpa.cpl, there is no Wifi option at all on my system, Just Ethernet and Bluetooth...So how can I fix that
