Anyone who call Griffin's breast plate as damn puffy and make geralt like overweight need to be fact checked about medieval armor. Out of all Witcher school armor only Griffin and Bear school being battle worthy. But even Bear School looked obsolote when compared to Griffin School plate armor. The bulge in the plate armor help to deflect blade and making blunt attack to not effect the user too much.

Anyone else not a fan of the grandmaster sword designs? I find them to be a complete step down from the mastercrafted ones. Only exception is the Griffin steel sword.

Grandmaster Cat gear reminds me of the starting armor in Witcher 2.

I love how the only difference between master crafted feline and gm feline is a hood, but gm is better *L O G I C*

Honestly, I love Griffin Armor, it does has a puffy chest but, it has a decent defense and sign intensity and even though I run a mixed build having appropriate signs equiped saved my butt time and again.

Feline:Novigrad or Touissant
Wolven:Velen and Kaer Morhen
Griffin:On special events
Viper:Touissant(tho you already find better armor when you reach there)
Casual Armor in start:White orchard

I guess I’m in the minority here when I say the Griffin school is one of if not my favorite sets not just for stats but in terms of looks as well. I get it makes Geralt look at bit heavy but I like it. Everything about it is cool to me the overall design and colors the only thing I don’t like is that the swords eventually lose the golden color when upgraded far enough

I’ll always enjoy the Ursine armor in full black, and then with Gerald with a long beard and long loose hair it just makes him look old and like someone who’s been through it all.

The best lookig hilt design for silver swords is the enhanced one, in my opinion. Then the mastercrafted. Sadly grandmaster ones come with the not so beautiful superior hilt design..

The grandmaster swords look like shit to me. I wish they stayed like mastercrafted. I dont understand why the made them look lile that.

Bruh i hate the hood of the feline gear. It really takes you outta the immersion and the fact that it is always on during cutscenes too. One of my fav sets but gm is just weird
