6 minutes into the video he blamed Telegram for not being encrypted allowing for governments to see into, and for encrypting too well and not letting the French peek. I'm saving 45 minutes of the evening for some better source of information.

I wish TED would also criticize and investigate the crimez of those in power as they jump deep into Povel Dorov's Telegram. TED is very well aware how deep the French system is involved in African countries influence and dictating them in terms of trades and coffee/cocoa

Telegram traffics a ton of illegal content. Its a siloed location to exchange this. Its just a less cumbersome way to achieve silk road/Tor browser Darkweb access.

Still, the only question is that should or should not tech platforms allows localised government to monitor all conversations within the spaces itself? And the only solution is to allow government to grab data of specific individuals and group while having a play in content moderation for the sake of national security
