Suppression of free speech. Nobody should be responsible for what a third party does. They want to turn him into their snitch by these charges. He is not hired by the French government to do their bidding and be their law enforcement officer. Go after the third party wrong-doers. By that logic, if a cell phone user commits a crime while using their phone, should it be commonplace to sue the cell phone company?
