"Sometimes, to do what's right, we have to be steady and give up the things we want the most. Even our dreams."

Otto Octavius, played by the wonderful actor Alfred Molina, is one of the most charismatic and cool characters in the MCU.
I loved how Marvel brought him back and showed his role in No Way Home, I think his redemption was really worthy.

"I will not die a monster"

And like a hero he was reborn

I swear I went misty-eyed when they fixed the inhibitor chip and restored his original personality. Out of all the villains, he was the one I went in hoping to get a full reformation the most.

I love the idea of Tony Stark’s arc reactor being an improved version of Doc Ock’s fusion reactor. I think Otto would’ve liked Tony. He would’ve admired his genius that’s for sure. 😊

I never noticed before that Otto calls both Peters “dear boy.” They both form a similar friendship with Otto in different ways.

“It’s so quiet..”

Fucking brilliant editing. Literally almost shed a tear at that.

Doc Ock I felt was a wonderful addition to the MCU if only for a while cause even against the seasoned non-powered, Avengers he can still hold his own due to his tentacles but it's his calculated pragmatism is what really makes him a threat.

Otto deserved his redemption and hopefully he can get that 4th tentacle repaired and continue to be the great man he is.

This was amazing and Doc Ock has to been one of the best villains of all time especially Alfred Molina’s version and he being free of the AI in the arms he use in No way home was one of the best moments

It's so amazing that Otto finally and literally got the power of the sun in the palm of his hand

“I had him by the throat.”

What’s ironic is Otto was playing a villain for over 2 hours in No Way Home but if he wasn’t interrupted he would’ve been a good guy within moments in Spider-Man (film) originally

Otto is truly the most tragic spiderman villain. That's why he's my favourite

Otto (specifically Alfred Molina's version of him) is my current hyperfixation and I'm so glad this video showed up in my recommended. It's incredibly well-made and shows his personality really well. I teared up a bit watching this, honestly. This is amazing and beautiful. I'm probably gonna be watching it many more times

Doc Ock was the most sympathetic Raimi villain. He just wanted to create a new energy source but the experiment went wrong, killed his wife and nearly destroyed the city.

3:36 blew me out of the park. That line, over the two appearances...punched me right in the nostalgia. Well done.

Oh my days, that made me tear up. The chills i got couldnt be described with words or feelings, the spritual energy of nostalgia was coursing through my spine and arms, the trilogy, the wait for this film to happen, the character development here is something ive never seen.
