Is it though? There are 2 countries between them. Total war seems unlikely. I think they'll just keep sniping at each other from afar.

Comment from an Iranian. The biggest issue for Iranian government to start a war is that there is minimum support from Iranian people to participate in a war. So it would be mostly a missile and drone show and if it's ground troops, only consider 30 to 20 percentage of Iran's population supporting the war.

Both countries have been preparing for this for 30 years.

Saudi Arabia does not have fond feelings for Iran, also.

The word fear is banded around a lot in America. Everyone should fear America not the other way round.

Quick heads-up when it comes to using GDP as a metric. You have GDP nominal and GDP PPP (purchasing power parity). Gross simplification is that the first is best used when determining capacity for purchasing things abroad, whereas the other is the actual value when spending it internally. The "true" GDP of a nation is best viewed as some combination of the two, leaning one way or the other depending on imports/local production. That said, GDP and actual state revenue from taxes/other sources are not the same thing. Hopefully this is helpful!

How can Israel reduce the amount of food Iran has by 69%?

The thing is...both sides are not realy interested in a hot conflict, but both sides need the fear of a conflict....Netanjahu to secure his goverment rule. Iran needs to unite its population to distract from in country problems and can´t show weakness in the eyes of their rivals in the Gulf region, notable Saudi Arabia. Both are happy to poke the bear and both sides hope it is not gonna wake up.

Iran will never have direct conflict with Israel. Their govt is very rickety and the Ayatollah is going to be gone soon because of his old age. Their regime could fall very easily if there is an open military conflict.

What in the Ai is that thumbnail. There is like a plane with a big and a small wing then there is some sort of chinook double rotor F16 type of plane too and some Terminator hunter killer looking drone😂😂😂

We don’t intentionally target civilians. Most military experts know we do everything to prevent civilian casualties despite Hama use of its own people as human shields. It’s well documented as well. Other than this fact I appreciate your commentary and insights. Keep up the good work.

I feel like this conflict was inevitable, but I really thought it would take much longer for it to come

The Shahed would need to be way more effective to be a minor advantage let alone a major one
