NO BAKE Chocolate Oatmeal Bars | ONLY 3 Ingredients

Only 3 ingredients No Bake Oatmeal Chocolate Bars are so much easier to make than you think. You can whip it up in no time. You are going to love it!
Prep time: 10 minutes
Chill time: 4 hours
Total time: 4 hours 10 minutes
Yields: 8 bars

---------------------------------- RECIPE ------------------------------------
Ingredients:
3 oz (100 g) dark chocolate 70%
1 1/4 cups (110 g) coconut cream
1 1/4 cups (110 g) quick oats
📍Optional add-ins:
* Kosher salt
* 2 tbsp any sweetener (add in hot coconut cream)
* 1/4 cup chopped nuts or dried fruits
Instructions:
1. Chop chocolate bar. Divide in two portions 85g and 15g. Toss 85 g of chocolate in a medium mixing bowl. Save a remaining 15 g of chocolate for later.
2. Heat coconut cream over medium high heat until warm and begin bubbling. But don’t boil.
3. Pour over chocolate. And let the mixture melt about 2 minutes. Then stir with spatula until smooth and everything is combined.
4. Add quick oats and stir well. Add any add-ins.
5. Transfer the mixture into the loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Spread evenly.
6. Chill in the fridge 4 hours - overnight. Chocolate must completely set!
7. Remove from the fridge and drizzle with remaining 15 g of chocolate (melt before drizzling).Sprinkle with kosher salt or chopped nuts/fruits etc. (optional). Let the chocolate harden.
8. Cut in desired size (I’ve cut in 8 bars)
Store in the fridge in airtight container, with parchment paper in between cut slices to prevent them from sticking.
