Being something most don't have to do very often it's amazing how it plays mind tricks with you when the time comes.
I'm apprehensive to start, but when you think about it logically if you mess up it's no big deal at all.

Good tips! With caulk, less is more! You can always add more if needed :)

I have to say that the calk aisle is indeed intimidating. I always end up with a mess when I try to calk and I think that maybe I am cutting too much off the end of the tube and I didn't know to cut it at an angle either. Great info today, Dustin, thanks!

After watching all your videos, I had the confidence to re-caulk my bathtub. Had to clean and remove the old stuff, then add the new stuff. It looks awesome. One thing I noticed you didn't do with your caulk is poke out the foil in the neck of the tube. I wasn't aware of it once and had caulk pouring out of the bottom of the tube!! Lesson learned! : )

Dustin, nothing about piercing the caulk seal inside, or the tools feature for it?

Great video... I hate caulking and I suck at it. The problem is I do it too seldom. I am great after half a tub, but then I don't do it again for a year or two and I suck again. To prevent that I take forever and use a caulking tool and tape. And I have tried a bunch of tools, and found one that works for me.... but even then I suck.
