Accepting the challenge starting 1 January 2023. Good news is that I've been Caffeine free since 1 June 2022, so I'm already 1/3 of the way there!

I am an engineer working for a marine contractor.
When I work abroad on projects, I work 0700 to 1900, 6 or even 7days a week for a duration of 6 weeks.
And quite often we work in middle of nowhere area.
People often think my life is miserable on site.

But reality is that I have very regulated life, that I sleep from 2130 to 530 everyday, with cooks taking care of food.
Although the food is not Michelin restaurant grade, but it keeps me away from trash food.
And since we are in middle of nowhere, and we don't have to spend time for cooking, we do sports almost daily after work.
The work itself is very intense and fast pace, so I never rely on caffeine to keep awake.
In the end, I got much healthier by working on projects, and easily meeting all three challenges set in this video.

28th day. No sugar, no caffeine. I have quitted smoking six years ago. Beleive me, quitting sugar is harder than quitting smoking.

Thank you sir. Completed my 30 day challenge yesterday and went from 268 to 254. Just the kick start needed to get down to 190. Thanks again Go For Broke and Airborne All the Way!

I drink black coffee always have. I eat well I'm still in great shape after leaving the military. It will likely be a good challenge for many who have never had to exercise self-discipline before. As for the electronics sure unless it's for school or work. I enjoy your channel very much. Coming from the same line of work I can tell you are legit. People should take this challenge if they have never really pushed themselves before. In my first year in a unit I didn't drink alcohol, I didn't drink coffee or tea or anything else with caffeine in it, I didn't eat junk, I didn't smoke. Truth be told I didn't feel like it made a be impact on my life/health. That was the only time I gave up caffeine willingly.

I am new to your channel (sent by a GWOT vet), I am soon to be 17, and I want to join by the time I am 19, but sooner is better. I will do this challenge for the next 30 days, all while pushing carts at Walmart and walking 9 to 12 miles 4 days a week (will include rucking on off days). I will update this comment in 30 days.

You almost lost me at caffeine, but I’m in. Challenge accepted!

Update as requested…30 plus days off caffeine and not going back. If you only knew how much of a miracle that is. Halfway through no sugar for 30. Will take those two accomplishments and continue them in to the electronics 30. I needed to build on victories to accomplish all three, so it will take me longer but I’ll be stronger for it. Thank you for the challenge.

I'm on day 3. Accepted on Jan 1. Caffeine free is the hardest part tbh bc I just love the flavor of hot black coffee. Still making it tho. No headaches and no sugar is the easy part
