In order to make the world desert I used the desert hell mod by @moomoo7614, in addition to the replace block feature in TEdit.

Very high quality video! Just a tip: focus on horizontal maneuverability for your arenas instead of vertical. You usually only need 2-3 levels of platforms with pretty large vertical distance between them, and don’t forget to use hooks, rocket boots, wings, etc. to your advantage. Also, never ever put walls on the sides of your arenas. Usually they just end up limiting your potential movement and making you more prone to getting hit. Still, very good video! Subbed and liked

Why is the entire moonlord fight cut out? Seems strange to cut from 250k/270k health to him dying. Especially after taking 200 damage and not showing the recovery, then cutting to the clip of him dying and taking another casual 180 damage.

You can get dirt by throwing palm wood into shimmer to get regular wood than throw the regular wood into shimmer to get dirt

Using grass seeds from Dryad
You can get Daybloom by making a huge grass platform

Using just a dirt platform will grow blinkroot


Using corrupt seeds from eoc of dryad(during blood moon)
You can get deathweed

However you can't get, fireblosom and shiverthorn(Until Post-ML)

When you are editing I feel like you should show more trial and error. So people can see the struggles you went through. You should also try to explain specifically what changed in your strategy in order to progress or beat a boss etc

After Eye of Cthulhu you can buy vile powder from Dryad and craft Worm Food that way. At this point Tmodloader has also updated to 1.4.4 and gives preboss access to dirt, mud, and stone, but that's another matter.

I dont know if the shimmer exists in this mod but if it does you could shimmer potions from chests to get herbs and you can shimmer other blocks to get stone and dirt
