Hulk dislikes Thor because Thor is someone that almost matched hulk in raw strength during the first two movies until in ragnarok where Thor and hulk make semi amends enough so that hulk listens when Thor tells him to stop attacking surtur and leave. Hulk and Thor are more rivals that are at each others throats than people who downright hate each other. It’s a pride thing as demonstrated by Thor being upset that banner is the strongest avenger 😂
