Uh, not saying that Tony doesn’t deserve some love for this act in particular, but the first time Steve meets Bruce, he says he heard that Bruce could help locate the Tesseract, and Bruce asks if that’s the only thing he heard, and Steve responded with the only part he cared about. He doesn’t care that Bruce is the Hulk. He only started worrying when Tony started his childish prodding. Which, considering he’d only been out of the ice for like a month or so, and hadn’t learned much about the new time, kinda makes sense.
