Thank you so much for teaching and sharing your knowledge. I suffer a lot from depression and watching and listening to you helps me so much!

Lisa, thank you for helping even the beginner of the beginners. I've found that no detail is too insignificant for you to comment on. I believe thats what makes a great teacher GREAT. And, oh wow, what an incredible artist you are, from beginning to end. (I'd give you lots and lots of gold stars which you probably received when you were in primary school.) I haven't seen my question in any of your comments so far, so here goes. I - can't - draw from imagination (hope that makes sense). Apparently my colouring in is 'incredible' (not my description!), but to form a picture from scratch - no way. I can copy sort of ok but where do I go to get my very own imagination? I really hope you know what I mean. Even if you don't, please can you reply. I know you are extremely busy so I appreciate any feed back from you. Thank you

I'm still really happy I found you through looking for any tips or information about Inkense when I was first trying to see if they were for me or not. Since then I've just fallen more and more in love with the inktense themselves as well as learned so much from your videos and just wanted to take a moment to repeat how great your channel is.

Thank you for doing what you do!

I loved this Lisa! I've used the intense pencils for years and bought the blocks when they came out and I hated how chalky they looked. They didnt seen the same at all to me and I hardly ever use them. Seeing you layer these up gives me a path to use them in a way that makes sence. Thanks! Btw I treated myself to all the powder blender products and a paste of uart sanded paper as a reward for finishing inktober! Cant wait to play!

Fantastic painting Lisa, I luv inktense, it was a previous video of yours that put me onto it. I, m primarily a watercolorist but now I use inktense to create permanent strokes and use watercolour washes to build up a painting, they work so well together 💜👍🖌🎨🖼

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I treated myself to both full sets with your art on them and this level of work is EXACTLY what I hope to achieve. I have several horse pieces I've done in graphite over the years and want to re-do a few of them in color.

I would have never thought to base layer with the black like this..it made the shadow tones come together perfectly on this Bay horse.

My brain would have wanted to start lighter and work to darker tones...but I really believe it wouldn't have worked as well.

You are hands down, the inktense master!

I came here for the inktense specific tips, but your general artists tips are fantastic and I have learnt a pile of new ideas such as the turning the pic upside down to bring out the differences more easily. You are a great tutor :)

I love it!!! I wanted to tell you that if you could make more painting videos with the Inktense pencils and blocks, it's because I am fascinated to see how you do it. Thank you very much for your advice, I really appreciate it.🥰❤👍🏻

This is exactly what I needed! I've found it kind of hard to find realistic horse portraits in watercolor or watercolor-like medium video/toots that I like. Thank you!

It looks like I can unbuckle that bridle and lift it off the horse's head and go hang it up in the tack room. Amazing portrait.

Love your artwork on the tin Congratulations! This looks like a medium that I have to try. I'll be going through all your videos, lol. It may be the way to achieve the Black Lab portrait I'd like to do of my furbabies.
