They definitely reactivate really easily when I use them. Any advice on how to achieve the advertised permanency?

After watching so many videos on watercolor and water soluble color pencils i asked and got the inktense for christmas. I have used them very little but i noticed a little ink goes a long way

I saw these come in blocks also… which made me wonder if it could be used like a permanent watercolor. Have you tried the blocks?

These are not permanent. They reactivate. Just test them out yourself. It's very disappointing. Once you apply water back on top of the dried layer the color moves.

Would they work on black? What if you used a base of Alcohol Ink? Hmmmm
