My name is Patrick Bateman. I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

I am a neurology specialty nurse and we give patients advice everyday that is pretty much what the blueprint protocol is about without understanding how much discipline it takes to actually make it happen. Honestly impressed by your willpower to be fully accountable of your health and thank you for generously sharing your knowledge and experience with the world.

Raining on this dudes lifestyle is beyond the pale.
It should be obvious that a long-term R&D effort like we have here could only be conducted by someone of significant means and extreme commitment, yet the scientific benefits are available for anyone who’s willing to adopt the recommended lifestyle choices that that make sense for the individual.
We should be applauding this man and his team, IMHO.

Bryan is such an inspiration! I really appreciate his diligence, intelligence and ambition. I don't understand why he's receiving so much hate. He is such a role model and I love the fact that he is transparent with his diet, pills and workout. I wish I had half of his willpower.

Since I was a teen, I would occasionally wonder how a human would be if he went to extremes to become as healthy as possible, like, doing everything!
You brought that to reality, and its invaluable!
Thank you so much for doing this. One very, very important point and why what you're doing is fully valid and priceless. You ENJOY it.
I'm convinced that if a person follows the blueprint religiously but is miserable for doing so, the result would not be optimal.

I've been suffering depression and I know taking care of myself makes me happy. Thank you Bryan! Watched this 2 weeks ago and finally made the jump to go back to working out, eating healthy, laser treatments for my skin and invisalign! You're an inspiration! You're my role model and my biggest inspiration.
I've always been so passionate about health and taking care of myself, to a degree where I've never found anybody that I feel could "understand" me.
Find out about you has been amazing, you give me so much peace and hope for my health and my life that I just can't help to feel so happy.
The dedication that you put in your work and research is astonishing and admirable.
I watched all your videos and I was so happy when I saw some of my habits in them, like taking some of the same supplements, doing the same leg day exercises...I remember when I said to myself "Look he both only uses glass containers and steel pans for food!"...I know these are just little things, but they made me feel like I was doing something right.
I'm at a very difficult time in my life and finding out about you really has been a blessing, I'll take as much as I can from your work because you really are making a change.

I found this really fascinating due to the history I learnt. For thousands of years, numerous emperors in ancient China exhausted all the resource they had to pursue staying young and living forever. None of them succeeded, and for some of them, the methodology they derived ended up accelerated their death. This is the first time I know in human history that someone adopted a really scientific approach with tons of measurement and evidence collection to tackle this problem. It's awesome to see the great progress and thanks for sharing.

I just found you at the perfect time. I reached midlife (55) and released myself from the grip of the definition and path society had for me while struggling with and learning natural ways to master menopause (which I am sharing to empower others). Now following my true purpose in life I realised that I had become my own worst enemy. The fight with imposter syndrome, procrastination, impulse buying and eating is what I have been unraveling spiritually for the past year. You have added the key to my rebirth ( I will be 57 in 5 days). I can’t operate guided by my conscious mind…

This episode was as inspiring as a TED Talk. You give me so much hope in my 57 y old body that has auto immune diseases. I refuse to let disease be what I'm rememerwd for. You are a huge inspiration for me. Reading your 7pm Bryan story resonated a lot with me, as that happens to me with junk food. I managed to quit smoking, nail biting, alcohol and coffee, and to create the habit of going to the gym (all of this 18 months ago) and following a skincare routine, but need to conquer my binge eating, which is being harder than anything. 6 pm me is destroying every effort I do to look lean, healthy and live longer. I'll destroy 6 pm me and win, thanks for being such a good role model.
