I am not discussing the myriad of different jumping mechanics. Basketball involves open-ended motor activity. Specialized track & field jumping events are close-ended motor activity. The different athletic settings define motor demands and specialized conditioning.

Thank you for this video tomorrow I am going to work and work and not just tomorrow I’m going to work a lot I just feel as I need to just a lot higher but hopefully these methods work and I will practice every day until I get it I’m 5, 9 and I think I’m pretty close to doing it I am at the row that is closest to the rim that is the net I am touching so thank you and I am so inspired and motivated to do this

I have a problem. I can hold the rim without a runup, but with a run up I can only touch it. It doesn't make sense to me because I'm a track athlete (not really talk like 5'10) and can't hold the rim with a runup
