Not helpful. Next time take out the unnecessary information, just show how to connect it without the rest.

Question. I have a HP laptop with a USB C, HDMI and VGA ports. My HP monitor has USB C and In & Out HDMI ports. From your Video it appears that I can choose between either the UBS C or HDMI to extend my laptops display to the monitor. If that is correct, I would not need an adapter to extend the display. Did I understand your video correctly? If so, I would be using the "In" HTMI port on my monitor from the laptop. Both systems are Windows 11 if that is pertinent. Any clarification would be helpful. Thanks.

Hi, Iam having MSI GL65 Leopard, Intel 9th Gen. i5-9300H laptop, i tried connecting an external monitor to using HDMI cable, but when i checked nvidia control panel. physx config, it showed to me that it is by default connected to intels gpu and not nvidia gpu, (which is most common case with many other laptops aswell) which surely affects the performance in games. Iam going to buy a 240hz monitor and connect it using mini dp port, but iam unsure wether the mini dp port is connected to my nvidia gpu or not. Please help me!

I’m using a USB-C to HMDI adaptor from my laptop to 165Hz monitor. The connection works fine, however the display on the laptop is way laggier and the fps is nowhere compared to the fps displayed on the laptop. I have tried using different resolutions but nothing seems to be working. Any advice?

Hello, I have a question. I have a laptop that have an HDMI slot, and I also have a monitor screen that also have HDMI. But the problem is, the laptop's lcd is broken and I was thinking of using the monitor screen as a substitute for the screen of the laptop, but the thing is that I can't access the settings as the lcd of the laptop is currently broken. Is there any way to solve this?
