Those are really nice looking melomels or meads made with fruits. I'm about to be running a fresh batch myself and have been thinking about if I want to make a melomel or if I should just run a Mead.

If you made a really dry mead could you sweeten it with a little of the original honey? Or a mixture of honey and homemade fruit syrup? Basically wondering if you could make a mead that's stronger but still sweet.
