Hi i'm Joe, I have created this YouTube channel to show my progression from a skinny teenager who is sick of being skinny to hopefully in the future being more muscular and just better in general both physically and mentally.

7 days at 4000+ cals a day surplus so close to 30k surplus in a week. I mean if You really wanna bowl can do an experiment at least do something reasonable like for example gonna thousand calorie surplus and eat 5000 cal a day for 30 days this would result in the same net 30, 000 cal surplus but at least it would be healthier to do this over a period of 30 days rather than force your body into fatness over seven days. You don’t need to Do experiments with your body to prove things that we already know which is if you force feed that many calories above your maintenance you’re going to gain a shit ton of body fat and it’s not healthy in any way

Such a perfect time for me. Wednesdays are usually my big 2 hour upper body session after college, so afterwards I’m always feeling the best, then I get home and there is a new joe fazer video out... just so motivating, class, keep it up 🤝

Dude. this takes me back to when I was competing as a powerlifter. I had to force feed myself around 6000-6500 Cal's every for around 6 months. Then eventually brought it back it down to a sensible maintenance which is around 3500-4000. I lost size but my strength was massively impacted. The reason why you felt like crap most of the time is because your body was not utilizing the energy. If you were to increase it gradually say go from 4000 to 4500 then 5, etc it would be a progressive build up of energy and weight = strength. Good footage though buddy keep it up 👍👍👍👍

I love that you just described how your were proud that you gained body fat... I’m the same body type as you and nobody understands how good it feels to gain fat as a skinny person. THANK YOU!

I had no idea what kind of junk I was eating my whole life. I got terribly fat and worst thing is I wasn't noticing it until I went to doctor for a checkup and my results were terrible. That's when I decided to start living healthy. Bad thing is I am lazy and hate to research about food and I just couldn't count calories all the time so I decided to invest in a meal plan from site Next Level Diet. Best thing I got myself in this life. I lost so much fat and got so much more energy when I started eating healthy.

Eat big to get big! Training is important but there are no real gains without proper diet. I realized that after I started following my first meal plan. I found it online, on dietarize, if I remember the name correctly. At first it was tough to eat an excessive amount of calories, but eventually I got used to it. Good diet is a game changer!

Don’t worry bud. In your mid 20’s your metabolism will slow down and it’ll get easier to bulk up. I used to lift when I was 19-21 consistently and couldn’t get passed 180lb at 6’3”. I started back up at 26 and in 4 months I’ve gone from 170- to 195 pretty effortless. And I’m already hitting prs on bench and squat. Finally my metabolism is slowing!
