I have been using the La Roche Posay double repair moisturizer you mentioned for months and it has become my all time favorite moisturizer. My skin is super acne prone and on the dryer side and this causes no clogged pores. I even wear it am and pm and love it! Thanks for the other recommendations, will need to try!

I've always hated the feeling of grease or petroleum jelly on my skin, so I'm going to give the La Roch Posay double repair a try. At 76 years old, I seldom use anything but water on my face, unless I need something to remove makeup, which I don't often wear. I'm excited to try it!

After seeing so many YouTubers recommend the Neutrogena gel cream I bought it for summer. My conclusion: yuck. My face is combination, but my neck is dry. Even on my dry neck it felt tacky and greasy the next morning while my face was an oil slick. Much moreso than heavier creams. I suppose it's all the dimethicone.
I'll stick with the Pacifica Vegan Ceramides Barrier Cream and the Vanicream moisturizer.

The LaRoche Posay is nice but pills if you use any other skincare. I find it’s frustrating to use even though it feels nice. You can’t use it with anything else.

I've been using the double repair moisturizer, I love the texture and ingredients, however, I have been experiencing bad peeling from it.

I would scrap the Neutrogena gel and put the Vanicream light lotion in there instead. Under makeup the Rephr light hydration cream is fantastic as well. The Neutrogena barely does anything.

I tried Cetaphil face wash and was disappointed it did not remove my makeup it would need to be a second step in a double cleanse and I don't always have the time or patiencce.
