Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.

The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

You will start to be repulsed by these people once you understand how they think and what they are. You're interest will cease to exist. You must learn the enemy and understand them to heal.

I love this. i want more videos that talk about the core reason we are still trying to figure out Narcissists instead of spending time learning to love ourselves. this video hit home. This man has been talking about his book the "Self Love" Journal, but I was so focused on analyzing my narcissist I totally missed the mark. I am going to purchase this Self Love journal. I love the point about worshipping them. We missed that mark too. What about you? Wow, best words ever. Please write a book with those words. Everything we can make an excuse but we cannot escape that. "What about me?" Wow.

I exposed my narc in front of his mom a few days before Christmas because he thought it was ok to call me names in front of her..I haven’t talked to him he’s giving me the silent treatment(which I could care less about) The night before Christmas he didn’t come home I woke up by myself he finally came home at 1p next day I think he wanted a reaction but I acted as if nothing happened . I bought us a trip out the country for Christmas and I’m happily going alone looking forward to time away from him. February 1st we are supposed to be moving out going out separate ways pray for me I’m ready to be done the disrespect has been overwhelming 😢

Yes that was me with my ex husband. I put my ex husband on a pedestal like he was a God. I was willing to settle with him having a girlfriend because I thought he was so good. I figured I couldn't get any better. He told the girlfriend all our personal business and left me for her. I lost myself in a man because that's what I saw as a kid. My dad cheated on my mom for years and they never divorced. Mom my died 12 yrs ago and my dad remarried 2yrs later. Thank you Lee you are preaching today. I needed this message today ❤️

What I’m struggling with is I hated myself and struggled with depression and self esteem issues even prior to being with my narcissist. How the hell do I love myself when he bulldozed whatever I even had left… 😢
