I also notcied when i eat more healthy i get better focused im alot more calmer and more discipline and settling goals and more determined.

This is so right on. I was surprised several evenings when I discovered was forgetting my meds. I did not miss or notice the difference (that I was not medicated). I puzzled about this: What changed? This answered my question. I have been eating lots of really healthy fresh greens and high vitamin foods, and drinking cleansing teas. Thank you.

Just curious here, you mention that there is so much evidence behind what you are saying, but you don't include the references you are basing your information off, could you add the references so I can read and understand it better please? Also the link do the adhd guide in the description doesn't seem to be working.
