📉Risk Disclosure: Futures, Stock, and crypto trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing ones’ financial security or life style. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. Hypothetical Performance Disclosure: Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. no representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk of actual trading. for example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all which can adversely affect trading

This is pure promo video. Apex has denied people for more reasons than just 'DCA' and you know it, lol. My friend NEVER DCA'd, and was denied.

Fuck them rules apex is garbage! There's also a trading strategy that reduces risk which requires entries. At the end of the day, nobody forces anyone to go with Apex, but their rules are ridiculous. Good luck to anyone trying to beat the market and follow their rules with a trailing drawdown 😂😂😂

Apex is denying and stressing people out. It’s sad I would never affiliate with this kind of company personally. Certainly would not promote them 🤷‍♀️

Delayed and inconsistent payout times are likely a sign of a company in financial stress.
Also, of course they will pay their affiliates first. You’re their marketing dept.
I really hope they re okay, but it’s not sounding good and probably a smart move not to have all your eggs in one basket.
Something is obviously wrong and it’s unfortunate.

I've not been denied. However, Apex compliance rules are written in such a way as to be able to deny payouts FOR ANY REASON. See for yourself. Read them

When you are denied, Apex doesn't state what the violation is. The email gives a list of the possible violations that caused the denial. The customer is left in the dark

Apex has never denied me so far and all my payouts have hit my bank!(I follow the rules) My only problem with apex is how long it takes for payout to get approved. I'm a pretty patient guy and I don't need the money in my bank right away, I mostly just want it approved quickly(relatively anyways) and the money taken out of my funded accounts so I can continue trading without risking the payout, but why does it take so long for them to see if you traded 10 days and didn't break consistency rules or DCA? Are they purposely taking forever to approve payouts(up to 14 days) hoping you trade and lose money before you get approved so they can deny you? Idk thats the only thing thats weird to me. I have gotten approved the same day and that was really nice but only happened once so far.

Perfect explanation of what APEX looks for..I have exhausted myself trying to explain this. I am looking to use another prop firm myself.

I don't know about you but only beginners don't see that they are scammers, if you read all the rules you realize they don't want to pay you out it is clear as crystal 😂.

I didn’t DCA but made $3400 in one day with all this volatility. I just won’t be requesting a payout until I meet consistency. Why would I not let these positions run?

I lost over $70k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Natalie Strayer. .

100% agree Mike. Apex pays and are still paying. Congrats on your 20 accounts.

I've never used a prop firm but it seems to me that Apex are the worst of a bad bunch and the rules and small print are there to deny payment 👎

APEX paid 90% of the total payout amount before they forced the rules. Its noticeable the payout amount on the website slowed since the force.
Apex is or was going broke, they need to slow down the payouts.

Why would Apex care about how traders trade? DCA has pros and cons and the cons is they'd blow up their accounts much faster if price doesn't recover. Then Apex would make more money from traders buying more combines.

Never heard of this rule, feels like one that should simply not allow you to add to a trade if it would be flagged as DCAing. Does it blow the account? Or is it silent in the background? Such that "OOP, we got you and now you're working for us and don't realize it. We'll never pay you."

I got denied for no reason, they sent me an email where they are telling me I have to make a video of me trading for 2 trading days and much more stuff. I did nothing wrong they are a pure scam.

It's pretty stupid because this is all simulated environment. There is no risk or reason for them to be against DCA aside from that it's against their best interest. If there was A-book / B-book traders I could understand but, they are just inventing new ways to not pay out.

Make the most $$ you can, you dont have to worry about threshold-play the longer game. Most people blowout after the first payout

How do their payout rules and regulations work? What are the profit goals and trailing thresholds? Can you provide examples?

When you achieve the profit goal, is an additional $100 added to your profit goal? For instance, if you select a $50, 000 account with a profit goal of $2, 500, does this mean you need to actually achieve $2, 600?

When purchasing a $50, 000 account, are you essentially buying a "trailing threshold" rather than real money? Does this mean you trade in a simulated (SIM) account and pay to trade in the SIM? Once you achieve the profit goal in the SIM/evaluation account, do you then receive a PA (performance account)? Do you have to pay a fee for the PA account?

As I understand it, you pay for the Evaluation account, such as the $50, 000 account, to perform SIM trading. Do you pay this amount every month until you reach the profit goal of $2, 500, or rather $2, 600?

Apex currently offers discounts like 90%. Does this mean you pay for the $50, 000 Evaluation account with a 90% discount every month, or does the discount only apply for the first month? For example, is the $50, 000 account $167/month?

Once you achieve the profit goal and receive a PA account, do you have to pay a fee? Is this fee a one-time payment or a monthly fee?

Regarding the data feed, I use Sierra Chart with the Denali data feed and Teton order routing. If I trade with Apex, do they use Rithmic as the data feed? What do they use for order routing, and who pays for these services?

When it comes to payouts, must you have traded for 10 days? Why is that?

I've heard that Apex customers have experienced issues like order delays and other problems that hindered their trading and even caused their accounts to be blown up.

Here’s what I want to do:

Use Sierra Chart
Use the Denali data feed
Use Service Package 11 because I trade with order flow, such as volume profile, VWAP, and footprint charts.
Will Apex cover these costs, or should I pay for the Denali data feed and Service Package 11 in Sierra Chart myself and then connect my Apex account?

What will my monthly costs be if I choose the Apex $50, 000 account, both if I achieve my profit goal and if I don't? If I achieve my profit goal, will I have to pay a fee that is either a one-time payment or a monthly payment? Do you pay this fee every month, or just once?

I don’t understand their rules and how the system works at all. Can someone help me?
