Great info, jthanks, just missing the 30% consistancy rule. Ie, biggest day can't exceed more than 30% of account at time of withdrawl. Also, would like to know if that biggest day goes into perpetuity. For example, you have a 1k day on a 50k account so balance must be at least 3k (plus 100) to make a withdrawl request BUT is that also true for the next payout request assuming none of your days are bigger thank 1k? Does that mean your balance MUST be at least 3k (plus 100) for ALL future withdrawl requests? So, your biggest day determines ALL future request amounts?

If I have a $50k account and my balance is now at $60k, and I want to withdraw $2k at the beginning of the month and then another $2k in the middle of the month, but I don't want to trade properly in between, can I just open a position with 1 micro contract and close it right away, so that I don’t make any profit/loss, and it will count as 1 trading day? Is this theoretically possible (even though Apex probably wouldn't like it)?
