Apex should be stricter on the evals than PAs! If their goal of wanting traders not gamblers was their main objective, then weed out the gamblers at the valuation phase by not allowing trading the news, and instituting the consistency rule! They just want your money from the evals, doesn’t matter how you trade, but then come to PA they start caring because now they have to pay us!

I quit apex. They wouldn’t pay me out because I had a large day. Well my strategy is to let winners run. And they punish you for this.

Apex is out of their minds. Why would anyone subject themselves to this nonsense when there are 20 other prop houses out there that just pay you out when you hit the balance they require. Scalpers take 20/30 trades a day based on hundreds of factors, sometimes just because a target looks good. I don't know why anyone would give them a dime at this point.

Wow that is bad. I've been defending them and giving them the benefit of the doubt but now it's impossible to deny that they are doing anything possible to refuse payouts.

Did they ever get back to you? I am curious -- did you maintain the consistency rules? It doesn't make any sense that they would be askng you to justify a trade wasn't a windfall trade unless it was over the consistency limit. I don't recall reading anything in the rules where they can deny payment if they dont like your trading plan AFTER the fact. If they want to approve trading plans they need to do that before they take your money in payment. I would file for chargebacks if they don't pay up. What a bunch of sketchy Muthafkrs 100%. I hope you get paid

They have laundry of rules, I followed them religiously, and still they denied my 2 payouts back to back.

Interesting - the first 1:40 of the video was spent exasperated about all the details of the employed trading plan that Apex would like to review before payout - and the whole time I'm just going "Check. Check. Check. Yep, I could write that and send that easy. Yep, already got those screenshots in my log."
So I guess I don't know what the big deal is.

A great trade was caught during the news, and Apex just wants to make sure no one is making YOLO bets.
If the trader can write out their strategy and prove that those rules were followed - then there should be no issue.


That said - if Apex scrounges up some BS reasons to deny payout after a comprehensive, followed trade plan is provided, then that would be a problem and the time to make a video.

Why do you think that trade brought attention. Was it a big profit win? Was it during some news ? did you increase your risk size on that trade? Was that day close to the 30% rule. Why do you think they think you did
