There's really nothing quite like the lore that Progressive has built with the staff. I really have a hard time thinking of such a long running theme for a commercial line that so consistently hits the mark to the point that you can legitimately say that it's influenced the industry it represents to change how other insurance companies advertise themselves. Do you really think Jake from that farm would be a thing if Flo and the Progressive CS guys didn't exist? This one is great, as usual!

Funny that the girl playing Emily, crawled into a Pluto TV viewer's window to cuddle with them as they watched programming she was reaponsible for. IE- she played a creeper.

This week, my daughter had her car totaled by a Progressive Insurance driver with several DUIs on their record. I don't understand how this company is so irresponsible to have a DUI driver covered by Progressive. Please explain.

This is so wrong on so many levels. Stalking would be the first thing that comes to mind. How many women have experienced this and even more abusive forms of stalking triggering all kind of trauma. And the offensiveness of having an agent show up in your bathroom while you’re bathing would land them in jail. There is no way to justify this or call it anything other thing than the worst commercial. It needs to be removed immediately. This is not a parody or humorous as some have said.

I had progressive years ago and they argued with me about my vehicle which another driver totaled. They also argued over paying medical. It was a fiasco. I dumped them so much happier with the company. I am now with. As for this ad…. I don’t know this girl with the whiny voice, but I’ve seen her in two commercials and I turned them off immediately. It’s a bad look
